Staff is exceptional, breakfast hot, location is unbeatable right by interstate 75 and plenty of shops and restaraunts. They offer wake up calls and ironing at no cost too. I recommend this hotel to anyone, liked it.

It was a really really nice stay. The staff was always available and the hotel was contemporary, we loved staying in Plano. The beach was perfect. We had the triple room which was soundproof and inviting. Pool was great too.

Wi-Fi was very poor.

Elegant room, impeccable service, incredibly welcoming staff. Functional style hotel with comfortable furniture in the rooms. Breakfast was great and had lots of options — cereals and cookies. A short walk to the good beach.

Everything in this well serviced hotel was excellent, we loved it. Spectacular location close to highway. Enjoyable breakfast, friendly service. Had hot drinks in the karaoke bar.

we appreciated fantastic staff and rooms. plenty of restaurants to eat close by, like taco rico that was only 5 minutes' walk away. besides, parking was available onsite. this hotel is equal to 2 stars.

The staff was all ACCOMMODATING, and the room was very clean. Nice assortment of coffee, eggs and muffins for breakfast.
